Slay the Spire 2 Twitch Extension Terms of Use

Effective date: September 18, 2026.

1. Scope. These terms cover the Slay the Spire 2 Companion extension for Twitch (the “Extension”), operated by Mega Crit. Use of Twitch itself is governed by Twitch’s terms. Use of the game is governed by the game’s license.

2. License. You may use the Extension on Twitch for its intended purpose: viewing a streamer’s run and, where the streamer allows it, voting on choices. Voting does not require sharing your Twitch identity. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Extension or its servers, and you may not use automated means to vote or to load our servers.

3. Votes are advisory. A vote shows the streamer what viewers prefer. The streamer decides what the game does. We make no promise that a vote changes the run.

4. Availability. The Extension depends on the streamer running the game with the integration enabled and on our servers. We may change, suspend or withdraw the Extension at any time.

5. Content. Card art, names and text shown in the Extension are Mega Crit’s property, shown for viewing only.

6. No warranty. The Extension is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for loss arising from its use or unavailability.

7. Privacy. Our Twitch extension privacy policy describes what the Extension processes.

8. Termination. We may block a viewer or channel that breaks these terms.

9. Changes. We may update these terms by posting a new version here. Continued use after a change is acceptance of it.
